Panelists:

Caroline Newhouse, HR Manager

As the HR Manager, Caroline assists with all Human Resources functions such as recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, event planning, and benefits administration. Caroline is also responsible for managing the Cerulli Associates Intranet page and office administration.

Prior to joining Cerulli, Caroline worked as a recruiting coordinator at Fresenius Medical Care, where she helped to manage payroll, benefits, and onboarding for over 800 travel nurses.

Education: Salve Regina University, Bachelor of Science in Psychology


Rob Davison, Creative Director

Rob Davison is Creative Director at Boston University’s internal design agency where he leads the creative strategy and execution of brand communications. Previously, Rob held senior creative leadership roles at Raytheon Technologies (now RTX), MathWorks, and Northeastern University.Marycat Boyett,  Assistant Director
Holly DeSouza, Senior Director

 Rob holds an MFA from Boston University and received his BFA from Massachusetts College of Art and Design. He also attended Yale University’s Brissago Program in Switzerland where he studied with Paul Rand and Armin Hofmann. 

 Rob is an Assistant Professor at Massachusetts College of Art and Design where he also serves on the Alumni Board of Directors. He has presented at design conferences throughout the United States and has been recognized by organizations including AIGA, CASE, Hatch Awards, Print Awards, Type Directors Club, UCDA, and the Webby Awards.

Marycat Boyett,  Assistant Director

MaryCat Boyett is the Assistant Director of Global Strategic Alliances at the MIT Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (CSAIL), where she leads marketing, communications, and events. Previously, she managed a large education collaboration between MIT and a network of international k12 schools, and directed MIT’s Cambridge Science Festival. 

She specializes in translating complex research into compelling narratives, programs, and experiences that engage industry, academia, and the public. Earlier in her career, she founded and operated several large farmers’ markets in the Boston area and served as a principal at Relish Management, a placemaking consultancy. Outside of her professional work, she is a dedicated CASA volunteer and is committed to her family, friends, and pets.


Holly DeSouza, Senior Director
