AIGA Boston is pleased to present Calm in the Chaos: Building the Resilience to Thrive, a virtual workshop with Stephanie Maillet.
Burnout is all around us and can be a real threat to individuals, teams, and organizations, especially as the workplace becomes less stable and more unpredictable. The expectations to always be "on" have never been higher while the boundaries between work and life continue to blur. In this immersive workshop, you will develop practical strategies and tools to identify burnout, establish healthy boundaries, and build resilience so you can move from surviving to thriving.

ABOUT STEPHANIE MAILLET:
Staphanie Maillet, CPCC founded her coaching and consulting practice Melusine Transformation in 2017. Maillet first served as a Senior Creative Manager at Arnold Worldwide and went on to serve in similar roles at the Barbarian Group, Continuum, and for Raw Materials. As an ICF-certified coach, Maillet meets clients where they are, whether they are rising stars or experienced leaders, and offers curated support that empowers them to reach their full potential. As such, Maillet has had the privilege of witnessing the transformative power of coaching as her clients have gained clarity, confidence, and purpose in their lives. Maillet’s specialties and expertise include coaching, compassionate leadership, feedback, wellness, mindfulness, psychological safety, workshop facilitation, talent development and HR Leadership.
Stephanie shares the following:
For me, it all starts with wellness and balance. The mind-body-energy connection informs all aspects of my life — from career to friendships to family. My own experience, explorations, and development are varied and have given me a unique perspective in my coaching.
I have decades of deep expertise in employee experience, development, management, and culture within the industries of design, innovation, technology, advertising, and the arts.
I am an ICF-certified coach through The Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) and have coached high-performing employees within organizations for over 8 years. I have always been sensitive to energetics and studied energy work and meditation with Damien Echols, who developed techniques to heal himself while on death row for a crime he didn’t commit and was later exonerated from. Complementing this unorthodox training, I am a traditional Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki practitioner and am certified in Ayurveda, Primordial Sound Meditation, and Wellness Coaching from The Chopra Center.
The work I continue to do on myself informs the work I do with others by alchemizing practical and modern applications of ancient wisdom that include energy work, Ayurveda, meditation, and mindfulness techniques.
Continuing to develop myself, I have recently focused on my own creative process through intensive workshops with Elizabeth Gilbert, Rachel Cargle, Molly Rosen, and Michael Ventura.
I founded Melusine to offer bespoke coaching and consulting — for individuals, teams, and organizations — informed by my curiosity, vast experiences, and life-long work in service of others.
